2022 Fire Drill

I. Drill Time: May 1, 2022

II. Arrangements Before the Escape Drill

(1) Develop and post safety evacuation route maps in the workshop area, and mark the evacuation direction arrows in the corridors.

(2) Complete the emergency evacuation drill plan by April 20, submit it to the administrative department, and then have it reviewed by the safety committee group.

(3) Escape drill plan (feasibility needs to be consulted with the safety committee)

1. Determination of the accident location for the escape drill, it is necessary to fully consider the possibility of igniting flames to ensure the safety of the ignition location;

2. Each group determines the person in charge of the escape drill plan, clarifies the list of participants in the group, and reports it to the workshop safety group;

3. On the workshop area floor plan, the person in charge lets employees understand the accident location and employee evacuation routes.

4. Arrange the route for firefighters, clearly define the placement points of fire-fighting equipment within the group, the location of dangerous goods, etc.

III. Escape Drill Process

1. The escape drill starts with a fire alarm. The squad leader is responsible for guiding employees to evacuate to a safe area, and then arranges personnel to check if anyone remains on the workshop site;

2. Organize fire extinguishing. Firefighters quickly enter their roles according to their responsibilities and bring fire extinguishers to the fire accident scene for rescue;

3. Longhengda security personnel lay out fire hoses and prepare for fire extinguishing;

4. Workshop employees quickly evacuate the production site to the designated location for assembly, and then the squad leader counts the number of people;

5. Medical rescue (the comprehensive group is responsible). A medical rescue team is formed, equipped with the necessary emergency medicines and equipment, and a temporary rescue station is set up.

6. The safety committee group summarizes the results of the fire drill.

Purpose: Through this drill, let all employees understand the escape routes and precautions in case of a fire, so as to avoid being at a loss and leaderless once a fire occurs. To this end, we conduct fire extinguishing and escape drills to enhance employees' self-protection awareness, so that employees in production areas and living areas are clear about their escape in any situation. At the same time, it strengthens the practical experience and business skills of personnel in various fire extinguishing groups, evacuation groups, and rescue groups.

II. Others Regulations

1. Before the start of the drill, close the factory gate and no one is allowed to enter or leave.

2. Except for one guard at the gate, everyone else participates and performs their respective duties.

3. When escaping and evacuating from various areas, choose an exit without a fire source and an exit farther away from the fire source.

4. When evacuating, each employee should follow the standard fire escape actions, evacuate the scene in an orderly manner, and line up in the assembly area.

5. It is strictly forbidden to shout and make other bad behaviors during evacuation.

6. During the drill summary, the equipment department will conduct photographic inspection of the evacuation sites in each area (check whether the power is turned off and whether there are irrelevant personnel left on the site).

7. After Xin Hengda completes the evacuation drill, it will gather uniformly at Longhengda Aluminum Industry for fire extinguisher use drills and drill summaries.

III. Personnel Responsible for Evacuation Command in Each Area

1. The personnel of the safety group are responsible for the evacuation of each department's area, and the department manager assists in the evacuation.

2. Before the drill, the person in charge of each department will conduct fire safety knowledge training for the employees and meet the requirements.

3. The equipment department is responsible for setting up the fire source and igniting the fire at 7:30 pm.

4. After discovering the fire at 7:30 pm, employees immediately sound the fire alarm, and relevant personnel actively organize the orderly evacuation of employees.

5. When everyone hears the alarm bell, the security personnel should immediately gather at their respective posts for emergency standby, quickly rush to the designated responsible area, assist in fire extinguishing and maintain the order of employee evacuation.

6. While each department is responsible for evacuating employees, it must cut off the main power switch.

7. The administrative department sends personnel to record the evacuation time of each area.

8. The safety group is responsible for the final lineup (squad leaders and important employees stand in the front row).

9. After the drill, the commander will summarize the report, the administrative department will demonstrate the use of various equipment, and demonstrate fire extinguishing on site. At the same time, important employees will be selected to participate in fire extinguishing practice.

10. The entire drill takes 50-60 minutes.
